The telephone after-sales service is a service that ZTP offers to all those customers, or potential customers, that it is found to have to resolve problems about ZAPI s.p.a. controllers.
By the informations communicate from the technician on the machine in damages, to the documentation in endowment to the our operators and to the experience accumulated in the field, are able give a valid contribution for the solution of the problem or for a correct comprehension of its causes.
The availability of the personnel, dedicated to such service,
it is extended from the 07:30 to the 19:30 Monday to Friday and from the 07:30 to the 12:00 of the Saturday.
Across the telephone exchange it is possible to reach, across the number of intern, directly the operator with which are in contact.
